Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies
The Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies (ICRHPS) at Tufts Medical Center offers a distinctive environment in which to conduct, collaborate on, and train in clinical, health services, and health policy research. Our mission to advance research methods and have a vital impact on the translation of scientific research into clinical care has generated groundbreaking studies and new approaches, and our distinguished faculty is dedicated to supporting all levels of investigators in the development of their research and the expansion of their careers and capacities.

Members of our ICRHPS community develop, implement, and test methods and tools that are applicable across the broad spectrum of clinical and health services/policy research. Our programs investigate the genetic, social, behavioral, and biologic factors that can influence patient outcomes and healthcare decisions.

The ICRHPS demonstrates and fulfills Tufts Medical Center's commitment to excellence in clinical research across all departments and disciplines by collaborating with healthcare leaders at Tufts University, other Tufts-affiliated hospitals, and with institutions, organizations, and agencies across the United States and around the world.
